Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park
You will depart your Arusha accommodation after breakfast and transferred to Lake Manyara National Park. Once we arrive at the park, you will go directly on a game drive, where you will be able to see mammal species like buffalo, giraffe, zebra and many others. Later in the afternoon we’ll drive you to your selected accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park
Your journey to Serengeti, probably most famous of all national parks in the World, begins after breakfast. You will be served with picnic lunch just before we reach Serengeti, and upon arrival we’ll have short stop at the park gate to take care of the formalities and fees, before we make way into the Serengeti. You will enjoy a half day game drive before transfer to your selected accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Serengeti
Today you will fully enjoy your game drives around this famous park and its endless plains. If you plan your holiday toward the great migration, you will have the chance to see this true wander of nature from the first row. Picnic lunch will be served inside the park, and after we continue with your game drive, before returning to your accommodation for dinner overnight.
Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, we will drive to Serengeti for a morning game view, with the picnic lunch packed before we departure. This is all to maximize your stay and to enjoy the wildlife as much as possible, since this safari is short. After lunch within the park, we will start the voyage to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and along the way we’ll make the stop at the historical Olduvai Gorge, amazing geological site where some of the first human footprints are discovered, dating over 3.5 million years ago. During this drive, you will be able to enjoy various game, before we reach our destination and your selected accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Ngorongoro
This day you will spend in exploring Ngorongoro Crater, with morning and afternoon game drives. Around noon you will be served picnic lunch inside the crater, with the breathtaking view of the caldera in front of you. Later in afternoon, as we finish the game drive, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Ngorongoro – Arusha – Zanzibar
After early breakfast, you will be transferred to Arusha airport for the scheduled flight to Zanzibar. At the airport you will be meet with the our representative who will drive you to your hotel, where you can relax and enjoy the full leisure of the facility. Note that the your stay in Zanzibar is on bed & breakfast basis, lunch and dinner are not included in the package.
Day 7-8: Zanzibar
Your relaxing 2 days at the beach can begin. Apart from leisure, you can also consider some of the local tours available, such are:
- Stone Town
- Swim with dolphins at Kizimkazi
- Visit Jozani forest
- Snorkeling
- Scuba diving
- Sailing on a traditional Dhow
- Spice tour
- Kite surfing
Day 9: Departure
Today is the last day of this program, reserved for your return flight home from Zanzibar Airport. Depending on departure time, you might spend some time in exploring Stone town on your own or relax on the coast.
